Hi guys... how many of you have done zinc / aluminium water proofing?
Is this really necessary - i'm trying to weigh the costs vs benefits?
If i don't install it, and just use new roof tiles - will it be okay?

i'm thinking of using those plants which can crawl walls and cover them up, looking like moss growing all over.
my house is much lower than my neighbours, so there is this ugly gray wall with all the drainage holes which i cannot cover up for tech...

Looking for places to buy garden equipment in Penang area. Any idea. I'm looking for sprinkler system, manual or powered hand tools for pruning, trimming etc, and lawn mower (especially STIHL or B&D brand)

1) Switchboard - 1300
2) A/C Wiring + Switch - 250
3) Heater wiring + switch - 150
