| Announcement: dbkl renovation permit |

Hi,
I just purchased a new 3-storey intermediate terrace house in Setapak.
I would like to extend my back portion [ground floor only] to the end.
No extension required on the 1st floor.
DBKL says they dont issue any more standard plans like previously.
I have a couple of questions i.e.
1. How long does DBKL take to issue the permit
2. Can renovation start concurrently with the permit application
3. Whats the average charges by the architect, plan drawer.
4. Refundable deposits to DBKL like rubbish, etc will be returned after how long ?
