I would like to diy install copper piping for my instant water heater. Apart from getting the 1/2in copper pipe, some joints and copper pipe cutter, what else do I need? How do I bend the pipe or is there different type of copper pipe for bending. Any tips on margin and provision? Thanks.

no need. you can use flex pipe but use copper or pvc pipes would look neat.

pvc is too bulky. my current one using copper pipe and i like it since it is quite thin, half the size of pvc pipe.

u can buy those copper pipe fittings (elbows, T, reducer) at most well stocked hardware shop, bending it can be tricky as u risk damaging it if u bend it too far...

Can I heat it up to bend or there is a bending tool? I was told by my contractor that there are 2 types of copper pipes, rigid and bendable (like the one use for aircond pipe)
